speakeasy

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat at 2:00pm and 4:00pm, $10pp
Visitors will go behind the scenes of what was once an infamous Prohibition-era speakeasy-turned-upscale 1930s jazz club, which was accessed through a secret entrance via a butcher shop on 1st Avenue. Building tours also include excursions through the basement, where a beer locker, counting room, and $2 million and various prohibition era artifacts were uncovered during building renovations.

The Gangster Exhibition invites the public to be a part of a living mystery behind the money and artifacts found. Who left the money? Where did it end up? Find out all of this and more about the incredible history of the building, which dates back to the 1840s.

These tours are open to the public during previews. RSVP not required except for groups of 6 or more.

Monday, Tuesday: 2:00PM and 4:00PM
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 2:00pm and 4:00PM

$10pp, does not include Gallery entry.
